How to report bugs
- Email support@statuteapp.org with subject "Bug Report"
- Include:
- iOS version
- Device model
- Steps to reproduce
- Screenshots (if applicable)
- What you expected vs. what happened
- We'll respond within 48 hours
Share your feedback
- Email support@statuteapp.org with subject "Feedback"
- Tell us what's working, what's not, and what's missing
- All feedback is reviewed and considered
TestFlight issues
- If you haven't received your TestFlight invite, check spam folder
- Invites are sent in batches; please allow up to 7 days
- If still no invite after 7 days, email support@statuteapp.org
- TestFlight builds expire after 90 days; you'll receive new builds via TestFlight notifications
